Efeosa Afolabi is a London-based filmmaker and actor working across development, production and performance. As co-founder of RUN N GUN, he develops original projects from first idea through production, post and release, with a particular focus on visually driven storytelling and resourceful independent filmmaking. His approach combines creative ambition with practical execution, building films around strong ideas, deliberate preparation and the resources available rather than waiting for ideal conditions.
CASPIAN BARKER
CO-FOUNDER / DIRECTOR / PRODUCER
Caspian Barker is a director and producer whose experience spans independent filmmaking and large-scale professional productions. Having worked within the directing department alongside filmmakers including Guy Ritchie, he brings an understanding of fast-moving sets, preparation and production discipline to RUN N GUN. As co-founder, he works across development and production, combining practical filmmaking experience with an instinct for performance, pace and visually focused storytelling.
NATHANEAL BEADLE
SOUND / MUSIC / POST-PRODUCTION
Nathanael Beadle is a sound engineer, composer and post-production specialist working across production sound, editing, mixing and original music. With experience spanning film and the wider music industry, including work with Sony and Warner Music Group, he brings both technical precision and musical instinct to the projects he joins. For RUN N GUN, Nathanael helps develop the sonic identity of each film from production through final delivery, treating sound as an essential part of the storytelling.
HOLLIE ROSS
BRAND / TALENT MANAGER / ADVISOR
Hollie Ross is a talent manager working at TPA, a global talent management and communications agency representing talent across fashion, entertainment and culture. Her work centres on talent development, representation and building long-term careers through strategic opportunities and partnerships. As an advisor to RUN N GUN, Hollie brings an industry-facing perspective to talent, positioning and professional relationships, helping the company think beyond individual productions towards the people and partnerships that can support its wider growth.
